  • When a customer opts in to receive text messages from GradePlusTrade, we may collect and maintain the customer’s name, mobile phone number, consent status, consent date, consent method, order information, and messaging history.
  • This information is used to send transactional notifications related to the customer’s grading order, including order confirmation, processing updates, grading progress, completion, pickup, shipping, and customer-service communications.
  • Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at anytime to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
  • Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • GradePlusTrade may use service providers solely as necessary to operate the messaging service, process communications, maintain customer records, or comply with applicable legal requirements. These service providers are not authorized to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing purposes.
  • Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or grading service.
